One of my earliest memories of Franz was typical of the man. I was delegated to greet Franz and Alex [Paasch] who were waiting in reception. It hot summer's day and Dress Down Friday at Movianto UK. As usual Franz was immaculate in a light summer suit, shirt and tie, one hand holding his briefcase and the other in his pocket. In walked two colleagues, one dressed in his basketball kit, the other similarly attired in shorts and a teeshirt. Franz with that wicked chuckle of his said, in English out of deference to me, "Looks like they are going to the beach!" That was the last Dress Down Friday we had.
